WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
There are many different types of events with many needs. Every occasion is unqiue which means every situation is different. You can be assure that all the questions will be taken in perspective from the DJ for that this event is your night. From lighting to speakers to the music, we will help customize your package that will help fit your budget. Whether it's a parade, wedding, a prom, birthday party, charity event or just background music and if you feel it's necessary to have a DJ at your event, we will do our absolute best to make your vision become reality.
WHAT TYPES OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?
One of the most important element to a DJ is their library. Every library is what makes a DJ unique because only he/she knows what is in the library. When you hire your DJ, you will notice that you will hear all types of music from an abundance of genres and eras from pop, dance, rap, hip-hop, rock, oldies, RnB, reggae to club bangers. Background music anywhere from, instrumentals, classics, soft rock, country, smooth jazz to contemporary. Even if you feel nervous about the selection of songs, you are always welcome to customize your own playlist for the DJ to stick with. However, with over countless hours of one hundred thousand of songs and videos, your event will be sure to receive all these types and will surely get kids to grand parents smiling and dancing.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU PROVIDE?
The DJ will take care of everything you need from lighting, speakers, music, microphones, lapel mics, iPod adapters, projectors to cables. The size of the venue and crowd are taken into consideration which relies on what and how much equipment you need. The only necessity from you that is needed is a reliable power source. Only the most professional audio and lighting sources on the market which give you the finest audio and lighting are used. The lighting is very flashy and are illuminated in multi-colored LED form which do not draw a lot of power but put on a spectacular light show with different settings. This allows the lighting to be controlled for either a mood setting background or lighting up the dane floor. The have speakers will support anywhere from ten to thousands of people in a crowd combined with only high quality music at 320kbps and videos at 1080p. Also provided are wireless microphones for your host if you desire or your DJ to MC the event.
DO YOU TAKE SONG REQUESTS?
Absolutely. This is your event, so you may requests as many songs as you would like. Though the DJ is a professional on setting the energy and a feel good vibe at events, by creating a list, it will help the DJ get a feel of exactly how you want the vibe of the event to be. You may also include any songs you DO NOT want played at the event. All choices from the DJ will be appropriate for your setting unless requested otherwise. Keep in mind though, that any songs you request may be a hit song for your event and can really excite the crowd. However, if you do not want the songs played, you have our full respect and word that they will not be played.
HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT SONGS TO PLAY?
It is the DJs job to make sure everybody is having a good time with the appropriate music for the occassion. The DJs job is to read WHO is in the crowd and WHAT they are responding to. The DJ does realize that not everybody will enjoy all the music for that not everbody likes the same type of tunes. However, the DJ has been reading crowd responses so that the energy and vibe in the room is just right for everybody to dance, even those who might not enjoy the song will be dancing too.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE DJ LAST MINUTE?
If in an event that the DJ cannot make your event, ie: gets the flu, family emergency, car accident, etc. another professional DJ will be provided without extra cost. It's unfortunate that circumstances like these can happen but it is made sure that before any contract is signed, that you are always covered. All DJs that are affiliated with the company are professionals. Though each DJ has their different style of music and libraries, each DJ brings a different element to the company which makes us different from the others.
WHEN WILL WE MEET OUR DJ?
You will meet your DJ one month prior to the event to go over all the details you wish to achieve and to make sure you and the DJ are on the same page. This will also allow the DJ to retrieve any songs you request at the highest quality sound and also give the DJ time to go over the itinerary to work out any kinks. If you feel you need to meet with the DJ earlier, you are more than welcome to!
HOW DO WE BOOK AN EVENT?
To book an event, all you need to do is fill out the contact form to send an email, or you can directly contact the DJ via phone. If your date is available and once this is done, you will be sent a contract and a deposit is required to lock in your date to ensure closure. Then the DJ will keep in contact with you for further updates on the event. If your date is not available and is already booked, you may still book your event with the DJ, but another DJ will be provided for you for no extra fee. If you absolutely must have a specific DJ, arrangements will be done at their absolute best to provide you your DJ.
